My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right on the river in a wine-producing region, but the room was subpar with outdated furnishings and no Wi-Fi after hours. The service was a mixed bag with some friendly staff and others being quite abrupt. The dining options were decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a place with potential but needing some improvements.

However, the lack of curtains in my room was disappointing. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff all around.
